Unreal Tournament

I want to start off this review by saying…I love Unreal Tournament in every way shape or form. Much more than Quake 3, and these are two PC games I really enjoy. The reason? Online gaming baby! This is where it is at! I love fragging online and being able to say hey I fucking blew your head off beotch! Sorry get a lil into it…anyways these games are designed for more than me and my bot friends!

This is a straight up port from the PC version, and looking at the speed of it running I would guess a 200 mhz processor. Damn this game chugs! Especially when the shit hits the fan, better hope you have some sort of spread weapon to hit somebody! The models and stages are direct from the PC and have received no enhancements…shit dissed again!

This game has awesome sound, I mean you can hear shit behind, in front, and beside you it is creepy! Especially with some surround sound baby. This game kicks, I also love the voices and such but the PS2 version coulda used a little volume enhancement!

At first you will despise this control scheme like there is no tomorrow. Then you tweak it, get used to it, and three hours later you are happy…until you plug in that mouse and keyboard. That is all the support I need, Infogrames you are god when it comes to options!

This game is definitely for the hardcore UT fans. A great console version just a little rushed is all. perhaps the DC version will feature some new shite and hopefully some online play as well!
