Star Wars: The Old Republic Going Free to Play on November 15th

And the dream is finally over… EA and Bioware have announced that a free-to-play version of Star Wars: The Old Republic will be available from November 15th.

Less than a year after the launch of the game, everyone will now be able to play Star Wars: TOR up to the current level cap of 50. The 15th will also see the launch of the ‘Cartel Market’, the service that EA will hope to see profit from when all the free-to-play subscribers start playing. This is where you will be able to purchase items to help boost your character with ‘Cartel Coins’. Any currently paying subscribers will be given 250 Cartel Coins as a complimentary bonus.

Now no one has an excuse to overlook this game, well, apart from the fact that there are several other top tier games releasing around the same time!
