It seems that things might be turning around for the delayed games of the Metal Gear series. First Metal Gear Rising gets a new name and trailer. Now, Snake Eater 3D is ready to step out of the jungle and onto the 3DS.
On February 21, 2012, you’ll finally be able to get your hands on the 3D remake of Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, which will also utilize the Circle Pad Pro. The 3DS will also provide the option to use photos taken with the 3DS camera as camouflage patterns, with effectiveness dependent on Snake’s surroundings.
In addition to the Circle Pad Pro and the camera, Snake Eater 3D will make use of the 3DS gyroscope and the second screen for constant display of the inventory.
So, get ready to eat some wildlife when the game arrives next month.
